STRATEGY:
Strategy:
Yanmega and Shaymin X alternate as attackers. Use Seed Flare (Shaymin) and Wind Return (Yanmega) to cycle energy between Landmin X and Yanmega. Yanmega reclaims the 1 grass energy discard to retreat Shaymin, so both basically free retreat. Before long, you will have 10+ energies on one or the other and will be hitting for 200+. Keep a Dawn's Stadium in play to clear any status and remove damage from Yanmega when you shuttle energy onto it from Seed Flare. Use the Poke Healer + to heal Shaymin X.
Start with Shaymin if you have the option. Use Flower Aroma to stall while setting up a Yanmega and adding energy to Shaymin and leveling-up to Shaymin Lv X. Also, get your Claydol out and running ASAP. Usually this is not too difficult as there are 3 built into this deck for speed. Once you've added 3 energies to Shaymin, attack with Seed flare if you have more energy in your hand. Make sure you place all energies onto your Yanmega when you use Seed Flare (AND remove damage using Dawn's Stadium). On your next turn, retreat Shaymin and discard a grass energy. Then promote Yanmega, which should have several energies on from the last Seed Flare. Before attacking or adding any energy, use Yanmega's poke-power "Speed Boost" to reclaim the grass energy you discarded from Shaymin's retreat (Remove more damage using DS). Then add a grass energy (Take off more damage using DS). You should be able to attack with Wind Return. Remove all energy from Yanmega to your hand for maximum damage. Next turn, you will be free retreating Yanmega and using the energy you collected last turn to attack with Seed Flare again. Ideally, between turns, use Roseanne's Research and Claydol's Cosmic Power to gather more grass energies to add to Seed Flare's punch. That in turn will add to Yanmega's Wind Return attack when you transfer all of those energies onto Yangema during the Seed Flares. This also amplifies the healing power of Dawn's Stadium on Yanmega. Use the PokeHealers to heal Shaymin.
Variants
Skymin:
Use Skymin (Shaymin Sky Forme) instead of Landmin (Shaymin Land Forme) as a starter to use growth and speed up the power-up phase for Landmin X.
Palkia G:
This deck really only needs bench spots for 1) Shaymin/Yanmega and 2) Claydol, leaving room for 3) Palkia G on the bench. Tech in Palkia G Lv X to exert Lost Cyclone and trim your opponents bench. Maybe hold it in your hand as a surprise until after your opponent has a full bench? You'd really have to add some Lv Maxes and/or switches though if you went this route.
Nidoqueen Rising Rivals: Tech in a 2-2 line of Nidoqueen to heal every turn.
